how to get satchel weapon in game plz help

I like epic-row very much but i dont like zombies because they are so dumb

We do not have satchel weapon in our Epic-Row, we do not allow players to get it. Because it can hurt other players.

I think we should care old and poor people and help them!

Satchels aren't allowed for players cause of abusive reasons. Like destroying vehicles and killing players.
