It is because, their is some .txd or .dff are corrupted in your grand theft auto san andreas game. It's not Epic-Row problem (MTASA). Sorry...

I think we should care old and poor people and help them!

Any game modification may have caused it.
To fix this you can reinstall GTA: SA and the MTA: SA.
