You can spawn server zombies by pressing "F2" key in-game after that, select "Client" and change it to "Server" then press Apply.

Megatron you didn't understand him! He mean that he don't have server zombies in F2.
This is a problem many players have, all what you have to do is increase your screen resulotion.
