Bases system

Bases system has been released.
This system will allow you to choose your spawn point. Setting a spawn point will cost 10000 $.
To set it, go to a blue marker and click: "Set base". I have also added radar zones which will be used in the new version of ER-ZRPG.
Currently there are two bases: Naval Station and Area-69. I will add more later on.
Added:
Naval Station base.
