bought vip with sms from Germany

Hello its me Bricksquad60 from ingame yes i know my name is same as in Forum.So i bought VIP with SMS i live in Germany and i bought the VIP before i registered to the EPIC-ROW Forum now my question is
will my VIP still get activated or not ? but anyway please answer on it or my money goes for nothing .
