Detailed description:

Hello there, players and staff members

Today I am going to talk about the admin Hoyt and what he really is.
Lately, this admin has been disrespecting certain players by calling them with bad nicknames.
In addition to this, he asked the player 'shark' to wait for them, to make this clear, he wanted to do K.A.C.C with players (which is prohibited) and wanted to get them killed by a paid assassin and come up with the reason that he isn't our bodyguard, unfortunately, I haven't got any evidence of this.

Despite his acts of griefing and corruption, he insults players and harasses them anonymously using the account 'fag444' P.S: he uses it to mute players once they say that name.

Moreover, he gives players unfair punishments, such as banning me for something I didn't do at all, and acts like nothing happened at Discord while Daggy was arguing with him about my ban
He even muted him for trying to expose his corrupted behavior.

Part 1: Provoking Derby via Discord and in-game

Discord DM's are not considered as evidence, due to them being chats other staff members have no access to and thereby can't determine if they're truly written by me or not.

Could you be more specific on when those screenshots were taken ? I don't recall them, neither do I recall the incident.

Part 3: Provoking and racism Note

Not sure if you understand what Racism is but the attached screenshots mark no racism or provoking, addressing someone by their homeland is not racist.

Part 4: Unfair punishments and preventing us from exposing him

I've no authority over forum reports or our discord server, therefore I'm not the one who rejected your report, neither did I ban you from the ER's discord server.

As for this part and the attached logs, they're the same ones mentioned in ''Part 2'', seems like you're a bit short handed on evidence.

First thing first, talking about the Discord evidence thing is true, nothing is wrong with that, but it reflects us your real behavior towards the players, also, I added the screenshot where it includes the game
As of Part 2: You can see on the logs attached on the evidences that they include the same date of the screenshots
Part 3: I can see that what you meant to do is to disturb me constantly by saying the nickname Syrian over and over, what proves this is your accent of saying these sentences, and the other screenshot too
Part 4: You currently have the 'Staff' role and can ban me just like everyone can, as well as banning members and kicking them, but it's mentioned that Blizzard is the one who banned me, but we still don't know who rejected Daggy's report
As of Part 5: The image link seems to be broken, I just added these images again

First of all, this report is a complete mess. If you are reporting someone, do it for a single incident. Post multiple reports if necessary, but do not cram everything into one topic because reading this is torture.

No, it is not prohibited, staff members can participate in such games as long as they aren't doing the most work.

I am not sure what that even means, if you're trying to roleplay, the report forum isn't the right place to do that.

That is not a staff account and therefore does not belong in this forum, open a separate report in Player reports.

Hoyt is not a Discord moderator and he did not ban you.

Discord dms are outside of Epic-Row and are therefore irrelevant to the report.

Having the 'Staff' role does not give you access to Discord moderation tools.

Hoyt is not a forum moderator with the exception of the Chat Moderator forum. The report that you mentioned was rejected by me and mind you for a perfectly valid reason. The author filled the report form incorrectly and was asked to fix it.

The mute was justified. The player was acting obnoxiously and was continuously trying to provoke Hoyt.

I agree that the comments about Syria were distasteful and inappropriate, however considering that this took place 3 months ago, they won't be taken into account. Regardless of that, Hoyt did acknowledge that this was wrong and will try to improve his behavior. If you see such violations again, open a new report and don't wait 3 months to do it.
The rest of your accusations are just outright wrong and are based on false assumptions.
