Is Dming people with RPG in the car he has killed lots of people and burning them...

I have complaints from the following players:
Zayne,BANdit,R4ayen

He has also killed me several times and i think this should be stopped its causing many players to leave...

You do not need proof about this player as I too have seen him deathmatch other players. I have slapped and frozen him multiple times but he just keeps coming back.

I request this player to be banned, Drakath.
