Hmm, It's weird that it says 2nd account. I already have 2 accounts and that message actually pops up when I tried to create a third one. Drakath Probably forgot to update the message.

And ficiars, you might already created a 2nd account which you don't remember.

I think too that you already have 2 accounts if you want to create 3rd you have to delete an account first!
