This guy is just a lunatic. He has been reported multiple times for griefing.,cursing,scamming,etc. He has been punished multiple times but dont know how he keeps on coming back. I have some of the ss of him cursing on the global, squad, and local chat. He has been reported in past to but no harsh actions were taken hopefully this time u will.
