Internet problems

Topic is my problem.And thatsh why i am off .
I describe situation if there would be anyone who know how to help .

When using ethernet cable (directly to pc) don't know why , it says limited . Mean there is no connection even tho there should be .

Same when using router. It seems like the router do not detect the ethernet cable .

It's cable, router fault or something deeper (server or something)
If anyone know how to fix i would be thankfull.

Nothing helped . Still limited . Tommorow or Friday technician will came and hopefully everything will be fixed . Hope fully i will come back till sunday .
