Squads 1.2

Squads system has been updated. A huge chunk of code has been rewritten to make it much more efficient.
A couple of small new features were added and a lot of bugs were fixed. Most notable updates are support for top list and squad mottos.
Squads will now have a zombie kill counter, which is a sum of zombie kills of each squad member.
Lieutenants and generals will be able to set a squad motto. It is a message that will be displayed every time a squad member logs in.

Added a blip for control room.
Added a confirmation dialogue when choosing to leave the squad.
Added a squad zombie kills counter.

Added a settings tab.
Added squad mottos.
Members list now displays online players in green color.
Applications now show applicant zombie kills instead of level.
Fixed squad budget deducting even if squad teleportation is not available.
Fixed squad teleportation not working sometimes.
Fixed rare delays occurring due to badly optimized data flow.
Fixed various issues for players with altered nicknames.
Fixed application management being broken when a squad has all of its slots occupied.
