How is Nemesis spawned? 4 people killed a global zombie for 2 hours. But nemesis is not spawned. Please, make it easy.

Nemesis spawn very less it's spawn chance rate is 1/1000 it can spawn anytime, anywhere if a player has global zombie mode. Anyway I agree with hasim make nemesis spawn easier like 5/1000

i also agree with hasim its too difficult to spawn nemesis please make it easy

im also agree with this idea please make it easier to spawn nemesis and increase his spawn chances like 5/1000 or 10/1000
