How to plant seeds?

How to plant seeds? I am in this green area and I don't know how to plant them.

Go at the weed farm (green blinking area on the map) and then open your inventory using I, click on ingredients then click on cannabis seed and press E and it should plant them.

Can other players stole my planted seeds?

Go at the weed farm (green blinking area on the map) and then open your inventory using I, click on ingredients then click on cannabis seed and press E and it should plant them.

If you have done all this and it shows a plant texture then you are good to go no one can harvest them except you, in case yiu are talking about trading you can only trade cannibal seeds by going into your inventory>ingredients>cannibal seeds and drop them, the other player then can pick it up. Hope this answers your question.
