VIP Permission?

Hi! My country is not in VIP list, not in PayPal and not in SMS. I do that tutorial without country buying VIP, but I can't find SMS Button there...
Please can someone help me! I want to be VIP.

Some banks have international cards that allow you to buy outside the country, look for a card like this so you can buy via Paypal. If you have not one, as I propose to seek a friend who might buy for you.
