i want to buy VIP and when i want to buy [ by SMS ] i found square that we type card number in it and there was number in it already should i remove it and type my card number or i should type it with it and if i should type it with it then with space between them or not ??

That's not a card number. It's a pin code which you receive when you send an SMS message. The PIN code that you found will not work until a message is sent.
If you would like to buy VIP using a credit card, you can do this using the PayPal system. It accepts PayPal credits, bank accounts, debit or credit cards and even prepaid gift cards.
