Custom downloading system

Custom downloading system has been finally finished.
This downloading system will allow to download various large files while playing the game.
There is also a downloads panel that comes with this system. You can download a lot of various skins, images and sounds which can improve your gaming experience.

When you download the custom files, you can enable or disable them any time you want.
Type /downloads to open the downloads panel.
