Detailed description:
Hello there again, today I am reporting on the behalf of derequyt because he was banned in the forum and because I was told to make separate reports (I'm reminding you once again)
To begin with, derequyt was muted for 1 hour under the reason 'Spamming', what he actually did was complain about Hoyt's job and his AFK sessions, and later on, he was banned for 3 days. There was a 4th ban that I couldn't get evidence of, but it can still be found in the ban list, the mystery of the 4th ban remains unknown because Hoyt banned him under the reason 'cya later' which is not valid at all, I did contact the ban issuer and he told me that he was banned for 'Ban evasion', this might sound confusing but derequyt actually has 2 PC devices, not to mention that Derby actually evaded his permanent mute by using a second PC device, and was forgiven for contributing to the server, what could have happened if he remained muted to this day?
He wouldn't have contributed a long time ago and therefore he wouldn't get forgiven.
Furthermore, derequyt was punished and Derby wasn't (that's what I meant with favoritism on the server). Moving to the next punishment that happened approximately 50 minutes later. As I mentioned before, derequyt has 2 devices, and he created an account called Kojot, and while he was talking to what seems his brother on the server, he was muted again for 20 days!
